IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION
A £75 deposit per week is required to apply for your child. Please note: Applications are only considered once a deposit has been received. If paying by bank transfer or cash, your application will be processed only after the deposit has cleared. If we do not have a place for your child, we will refund the deposit.
SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A PLACE FOR YOUR CHILD IN HEAD START.
There are many considerations that go into allocating places. Please note, the time that you register your child, is not one of them. However once we have reached capacity, registration will close.
You will receive an email within 14 days of your completed application and deposit being received, confirming whether we are able to offer your child a place. The full balance (minus deposit) will then be required to guarantee your child’s place.
Once a confirmation email has been issued, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made before 13th July may be eligible for a refund (excluding the deposit), only if the place can be filled.
No refunds at all will be given for cancellations after 13th July.
Applications received from 13th July onwards will incur an additional £30 per week to cover the extra administrative costs involved in processing late applications.
PRICING
Standard Price - The actual cost of Head Start – This includes staffing, facilities, activities, programming, administration, insurance, utilities etc,
Subsidised Price - A discounted rate to make Head Start more accessible for families. This price is only possible from donations received from community members.
Financial Aid Price – This is accessible through filling in a financial aid form. You can request a form via email to rifka@manchesterldc.com. Once the form has been received it will be assessed by a committee, and funding will be allocated accordingly.
If you are in a position to pay the Standard Price, we strongly encourage you to do so. This will free up the limited money which we have collected from community members, to enable us to extend assistance to those that need it.

Once again this year, we will be providing security at the times that the children are on camp premises. This will be an additional charge of £5 per child and will be added to your final payment.
We only accept children who are fully toilet trained.
Lubavitch Day Camp reserves the right to refuse any child.
