IMPORTANT INFORMATION  

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION

A £75 deposit per week is required to apply for your child. Please note: if a deposit is not received the application will not be considered as complete. If we do not have a place for your child, we will refund the deposit.  PLEASE NOTE YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED SUBMITTED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A PLACE FOR YOUR CHILD IN DAY CAMP.

There are many considerations that go into allocating places. Please note, the time that you register your child, is not one of them, however, once we have reached capacity registration will close. No application will be considered without a deposit.

We will send a confirmation email within 10 days of receiving the application and deposit, confirming if your child has a place or not.  The full balance (minus deposit) will then be required to guarantee your child’s place..  PRICING 

There are 3 tiers for the cost of Day Camp. Please choose the one that is suited to your financial circumstances.

If you are in a position to pay the Full Price, we strongly encourage you to do so. This will free up the limited money which we have collected from the community, to enable us to extend assistance to those that need it.

Full Price - This tier represents the actual cost of Day Camp – This includes staffing, facilities, activities, programming, administration, insurance, utilities etc,

Standard Price – This tier is a subsidised rate to make Day Camp more accessible for families. This price is only possible from community donations.

Financial Aid Price –  This tier is accessible through filling in a financial aid form. You can request a form via email to rifka@manchesterldc.com.  Once the form has been received we will assess it and email you with the amout due.
